I would like to dedicate this blog to my mother. From the time I was a small child she has instilled in me the responsibility of being a healthy individual. Through her teachings and example she has taught me the importance of physical and spiritual health. Exercise, healthy eating, self-discipline and a life dedicated to Heavenly Father have been priorities to her, which has inspired me to be all that I can be and to seek after the best things in life. A special thank you goes to Kal and Traci Sellers, who I consider my mentors these last few years. I met them shortly after the birth of my third child, Gracie. Calvin and I sought their advice after Gracie was beginning to show signs of a food reaction to dairy products. Kal and Traci have an overwhelming amount of knowledge and understanding about overall healthy living. They have given me an intense desire to become a better person by what I eat, how I think and how I view myself and everything around me. I am indebted to them for their graciousness and generosity. Last, but certainly not least, thank you Calvin, for supporting me in all my endeavors. You have given me the courage to become who I am.
