2 cans garbanzo beans
¼ cup almonds
1/3 cup tahini ( a sesame seed paste that can be purchased at most health food stores)
2-4 garlic cloves, minced very small
¼ cup lemon juice
¼ cup. Liquid from garbanzo beans
3 TB water
½ - 1 tsp. salt
1 ½ tsp. curry powder
Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth.
Works great for a vegetable dip or sandwich spread.
