Oriental Quinoa Pilaf

2 cups vegetable stock

2 TB Bragg Liquid Aminos, Nama Shoyu or soy sauce

2 tsp orange juice

pinch red pepper flakes

1-2 TB olive oil

2-3 garlic cloves, minced

1/2 onion, diced

1 cup quinoa

1/4 cup sesame seeds, toasted

1/2 cup green onions, chopped

1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped

1/4 cup raisins, chopped (or craisins)

3 TB cilantro, minced

Combine stock, Bragg's, orange juice, and pepper flakes. Set sauce aside.

Saute garlic and onion in oil. Add quinoa.

Pour in sauce. Cover simmer until liquid is absorbed.

Add sesame seeds, green onions, red bell pepper, raisins, and cilantro to quinoa.

Serve immediately.
