Quick Vegetables

For quick and easy preparation I always keep a couple of bags of frozen mixed vegetables in the freezer. You can buy several different sizes and varieties. These can be used as steamed vegetables for a side dish, sauteed for a quick stir-fry, mixed with a broth for soup or used in a casserole type dish. Sometimes you just don't have time to cut and prepare fresh vegetables at every meal.
