Quick Breakfast Smoothie


Keeping a bag of frozen fruit in the freezer helps create quick, easy and great tasting smoothies.
1/2 - 1 cup cold water
1/2 - 1 TB pure maple syrup (optional to sweeten your smoothie)
enough frozen fruit to reach desired consistency
adding a banana (fresh or frozen) with make it more creamy
Bend everything in blender
